Have Questions? I’m Here to Help

What makes Chris Cleveland Photography different?

I believe photographs should do more than record a moment — they should keep a piece of your family’s story alive. By combining experience, creativity, and genuine connection, I create portraits that are relaxed, meaningful, and timeless. My goal is for you to leave every session with images that your children and grandchildren will treasure.

What kinds of photography do you offer?

I focus on sessions that celebrate connection and legacy:
Family portraits & multi-generation gatherings
Senior portraits & milestone sessions
Sports photography (Game Day Legacy)
Pet portraits
Special occasions & events
Each session is designed to preserve what matters most to you.

What is Game Day Legacy?

Game Day Legacy sessions are designed to capture your young athlete in action and in portraits — preserving the season, the sport, and the player they are right now. Whether it's football, baseball, soccer, or any sport that matters to your family, these sessions combine action shots with personality-driven portraits that celebrate their athletic story.

Can we shoot outdoors?

Absolutely! Mid-Missouri offers beautiful parks, lakes, farms, and open fields — or we can use your own backyard. Outdoor sessions offer a relaxed, natural backdrop that allows personalities to shine.

Can we include our pets?

Yes! Pets are family, too. Whether you want them in a few shots or throughout the session, I’ll capture their personality along with yours.

Can grandparents or extended family be included?

Yes. In fact, multi-generation portraits are one of the most meaningful sessions I offer. Grandparents, adult children, grandchildren, and extended family members can all be included, so your family has a complete visual record of this season together.

How long before I receive my images?

I balance speed with quality. Most galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on the type of session and season. You’ll get a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads and print options.

What should we wear?

Choose outfits you feel confident and comfortable in — when you’re at ease, it shows. Select 2–3 complementary colors and consider the tones that work well with your home décor, so your portraits display beautifully on your walls. I’m happy to help with styling suggestions if you’d like guidance.

What if my children don’t want to cooperate?

That’s perfectly normal! Sessions are designed to be playful and relaxed. I’ll guide gently and keep things light so your kids feel comfortable and free to be themselves. Some of the best portraits come from those in-between moments.

How do I book a session?

Click “Book Your Session” on my site (or call/text 660-202-7657).
Choose your session type and date.
Pay a small retainer to reserve your spot, and we’ll finalize locations and details.

Do I need to order prints through you?

You’ll receive a full print release with every package, but I highly recommend ordering through my professional lab for optimal results. The difference in color, sharpness, and paper quality is huge — heirloom prints are designed to last for decades, so you can enjoy and pass them down without fading.

How far do you travel for sessions?

I'm based in the Fulton/Millersburg area and serve greater Mid-Missouri, including Columbia, Jefferson City, and surrounding communities. Sessions beyond 20 miles may include a small travel fee — ask when booking, and I'll be happy to discuss options.

Final Touch

My goal is to make every step — from booking to delivery — easy and enjoyable. If you have questions that aren’t listed here, just reach out. I’d love to help you plan a session that captures the people and moments you want to remember most.
